  Went in looking for some oil of oregano. Greeted by a friendly employee and she showed me right to it. While I had her there I asked a few further questions. She was very knowledgeable and answered them all.

  Goodness me has organic, gluten free and wholesome good foods. They offer free classes on cooking and nutrition with staff with a wealth of information of Goodness Me products, ingredients of physical benefits. It's a place you walk into and don't want to leave. Really, it's awesome!

  Good for natural and organic foods. A little pricey but reliable. They sell Hewitt's Dairy products (produced in Hagersville) which is very well priced a delicious with no added ingredients. Hewitt's Half-and-half a coffee must-have at our house so it is by far our most frequent purchase from Goodness Me.
