  Montana's. The nirvana of restaurant experiences in the shining city of Brantford. This gung-ho, wild west, pioneer themed restaurant is truly an amazing experience for all those who want to re-experience what it felt like for Laura Ingalls and her fictional characters in the Privileged House on the Prairie series. I mean free land from the government and hundreds of acres on the beautiful prairies of North America, And all the characters do is complain. That's besides the point really. This restaurant is a great experience with great staff (namely Carly, Shantelle, and the girl who looks like Taylor Swift)

  Alot says about a company / resturant when a customer has a issue its always not the issue itself more so the way the business handles it. I had a issue with one of my visits and after speaking with the GM they acknowledged the miscommunication but also made right by it. Doing so you've earned my business and will be back again

  Had a great experience tonight with our server and manager. I had ordered the salmon and when it arrived and I cut into it, I could tell it was overcooked. I hate having to tell restaurants that their food isn't great, but at the same time, when you're spending your hard-earned dollars there, you should expect quality. When this was brought to the attention of the server, she was so polite about it and immediately asked if I wanted a new one. Even when I hesitated, she insisted and said it wouldn't be a problem. She even asked if I wanted to pick away at my current plate while they prepared a new fish. Shortly after, the manager came out, acknowledged the problem and said that he could see if was overcooked. A new fish was brought out that was fully plated with the sides even though I said to just do the fish! At the end of the meal, the manager asked if we wanted a dessert on the house.....talk about making things right and great customer service! The food is good and the service is even better. We will be back!

  The food was good, but it took an hour to get our food. On top of that they were out of vegetables, which we found out 45 minutes after we ordered. The manager did seem genuinely sorry though and compensated us fairly. Unfortunately though we probably won't be back.
