  I have tried the food a couple of times through friends who ordered for take out. I should say the food tastes great BUT..... I will not order from this place. I called to order for take out and the girl who answered the phone was soooo rude. Before I could finish ordering I just cancelled my order. The staff needs customer service training.

  Terrible staff. Just called to place an order and when I had told the girl my name she repeated it back to me with disgust like how dare that be my name? lol I had asked for one of the dinner for one specials and asked to switch one of the things out and she replied "UGH, why don't you just get a #4?" I told her that it didn't have the item that I wanted and she replied "well just switch it out then" ???? Isn't that what I asked to do in the first place?? I told her that if she wanted to give me attitude that I'd take my business elsewhere and hung up on her. Unbelievable. I work for the public and would never even think to talk to my customers this way!!!!! Shame they have this poisonous person working for them because I actually enjoy the food.

  I very rarely do reviews... but I feel it is necessary to tell people how my experience and that of many who were also waiting was. First off, the truth is if you place an order for pick up they will absolutely not tell you the actual time to pick it up. We were told an hour. We waited in the very small pick up area for two hours...... 2 hours!!. Food was ok but not worth the wait. There are many options out there who will provide excellent food with on time service. Good luck placing an order for pick up. Oh and they are rude when you tell them you are tired of waiting.
