  As with other locations, delicious seafood and friendly staff. They had cool slings for our infant twins' car seats too!

  I took my wife to Red Lobster for lunch on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was busy but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed our biscuits and salad, and then our main meal, crab fettuccini, was served. It looked amazing but upon tasting it, we realized that it was only lukewarm. I immediately called upon a server, explained that it was only warm, and asked if it could be replaced. This was done immediately, and our steaming hot meals were brought out within minutes. After we finished our delicious meals, which we both thoroughly enjoyed, we asked our server for the bill. She then explained to us that the manager had said that our meal was on the house because it was their responsibility for it to be right. We were astonished! What restaurant says "no charge" for two meals? We made it a point to thank the manager, who apologized again, and told us that it was the only way to make it right. Amazing...great food and fabulous customer service. Thank you! We will be back soon.

  I love Red Lobster! The food is great and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Even if it's busy you don't have to wait along time for your order. Clean and spacious.
