  Other time experiences include rude staff and very poorly made sandwiches. The time that brings me to the point of rating this establishment was over customer service from this location and head office. My partner and I decided to eat at the lynden park mall location and had the "$0.99" buy one get one coupon. The mamager of the establishment refused our coupon, even though the other subway right across the street accepted this coupon. The woman was more concered that we had interrupted her conversation with her coworkers then helping us. We then emailed subways head office and they refused to answer our questions. Sorry for the bad rating but a company who wont look after customer complaints isnt professional and doesnt deserve my business. I will only eat at mr.sub or pita pit!
