  Food took 30 mins to come out. Food came out wrong the first time. Sent it back and it took another 20 minutes for the second round to come out, and it was wrong too! 3 out of 4 of our fortune cookies were empty. Very disappointed in the service too. Waitresses doted on a larger table while my table and the tables around me waited forever for our food.

  The wife and I frequent this place quite often and used to really enjoy the overall experience. Today how ever it seems as though new management hasn't been able to capture what I once enjoyed so much. Food portions have gotten smaller to the point that the crab/cream cheese Wonton is more Wonton than anything. Used to enjoy the Japanese music playing in the back ground, seemed to add to the experience, but now I'm subjected to Lil Wayne. Staff is still great and the service is fine, but the quality of the food just isn't what it used to be. Hope they rectify this or Joy Sushi is going to take over.

  Customer service sucks here, the Chinese food in the buffet is gross, looks like it's been sitting out all day. Manager was rude, as they don't take interact, and staff was rude and made us feel awkward when we only ordered sashimi. Prices are not cheap but the service is, food quality is really nice and the chef's know how to cut, though presentation is lackluster.
