Friendly staff. Nice sitting areas. Public outlets with USB ports. Deducted a * because my favorite donut is only a limited time (the dutchie). BRING IT BACK

Some of the staff needs to step up there game. Move faster and chat less to many times I've had to wait longer then I should for a coffee

Great location, open 24 hours... but they need to greatly improve their staff. Have been short changed and have had missing items from my orders multiple times. Be cautious and aware of other patrons in this area, unstable and low income people seem to be drawn to this location.
