  Spent over 300 and received a bad pipe and was told that all sales r final and I was out of luck. Would not come back or recommend this store to my friends

  Honestly every time me and my buddies go in to bills in brantford its like they are holding our hands shopping for us, nothin worse than being hounded by the staff everytime your in there, secondly i recommend if you are to purchase anything high end like a rosin press (i recently purchased their 699.99 press from this location ) that you constantly ask them if the proper parts were there, i took home my press and had to wait almost a week because they didnt have the cords. So basically making my 700 dollar press useless for the time being. They did however say they would order us 2 cords free of charge that should have been here monday (one day shipping) and i never got a call til wednesday, and when they did call they only ordered one cord, im not saying the staff is dumb but what i am saying is they make a lot of mistakes and unfortunately us as customers have to watch out for this stuff so nobody spends a lot of money for something that just sits there.   Recently went to this location to purchase a down stem 14 mm. The girl was very confused as to what we wanted. After a few minutes of explaining what a down stem was she finally figured it out. That wasn't my problem. My problem with this location is Everytime I go in the girls working are ALWAYS talking about customers. They were loudly talking about how some customer was complaining about their customer service and how they are so nice and never talk that way. I've been in here well over 30 times and only had a few times the girls weren't rudely talking about customers. The staff remind me of high school girls in a click. Also purchased a already cracked expensive bong that they refused to exchange for. Then accused us of breaking it. I know any other type of retail job with attitude out of their staff like this would fire the employees. Don't fire these girls but at least reteach your goals for sales and customer service. Also the other comments about bad customer service are true, just go there when it's busy.
